Having always had a passion for fitness and movement from a young age working in the fitness industry was inevitable. At school I was a keen sportswoman and enjoyed all that the gym and fitness classes brought about in the early noughties that it was not surprising I would take my first steps into the world of teaching. Having qualified with NASM as a Personal Trainer I spent a few years working for an outdoor fitness company taking bootcamps, boxing classes and running camps. Always on the lookout for the next fitness craze I stumbled upon Barrecore back in 2012 and loved what that brought to my training. I auditioned to be a part of the Barrecore Team in 2013 and after months of training taught in several of their studios across London. Barre didn't seem enough and I was keen to expand my knowledge and learn more about different types of movement and so went on to qualify as a Pilates Mat Instructor with The Pilates Standard in 2014 and Reformer Pilates with STOTT in 2019.  I have also undertaken my 200 RYT Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with the acclaimed Julie Montagu back in 2017.

I firmly believe that all these disciplines work synergistically together to create a well rounded basis for looking after the body. My classes and one to one sessions will often feature a few of these teachings with a view to offering a well balanced session. My methods are based on correct technique, alignment and breath. I believe that movement is the key to physical and mental health.
