ABOUT ME

Movement has always been a central part of my life, and my passion for fitness naturally evolved into a career dedicated to helping others move well and feel strong. After beginning my journey as a Personal Trainer, I discovered Barrecore and was drawn to its precise, dynamic approach to strength and control. Teaching across several of their London studios deepened my appreciation for mindful, intelligent movement.

My love of movement led me to Pilates, where I found the perfect balance of strength, mobility, and alignment. I am a fully certified BASI Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, qualified on all apparatus including Mat Work, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. I have also completed BASI’s Injuries and Pathologies course to further enhance my understanding of the body and support clients through rehabilitation and beyond.

I now teach Pilates and Barre in studios across London, offering thoughtful, balanced sessions that focus on precision, breath, and alignment — empowering clients to move with strength, confidence, and ease.
