As an NASM Personal Trainer I assess my clients strengths and weaknesses and then design a programme based on that assessment to help the client reach their individual goals. This could include cardio training, strength training, core exercises
or even improving flexibility and mobility. I offer 1:1 training for this.
PRE AND POST NATAL SPECIALIST
Having trained throughout all three of my pregnancies and having suffered with pre and post natal depression I fully understand the demands of becoming a new
mother. I aim to provide a safe training space for any mother
to be or new mother.
