B A R R E

Barre is a safe, low impact and effective way of training the body.
It is based around small isometric movements which help to sculpt and tone the body. Sessions are designed to work every part of the body using either bodyweight resistance or using light weights, bands or balls.

Vinyasa Yoga is the continuous sequence of asanas (postures) with the breath and is considered a flowing style.

Pilates whether on the mat or a reformer is a series of exercises designed to help the client improve their flexibility, core strength, mobility, endurance and posture. It works very well alongside other forms of training and can be great for those wishing to improve in other sports.
